Home Deliveries

To be eligible for home milk delivery, you must provide one of the following options:

  1. A clean chilly bin or sturdy chiller bag with frozen ice packs, placed in a shaded location. Please describe the location when setting up your delivery.
  2. Access to an operating fridge (not inside your home)—porch or garage placement is acceptable.
  3. Be home and available to receive your delivery.

If none of these options are arranged prior to delivery, your order will not be delivered and you will still be charged.

Please note: Farm Fresh South employees will not enter your home to complete deliveries (e.g., placing milk in your kitchen fridge).

Bottle Policy

You must own or purchase enough 1L reusable glass bottles from Farm Fresh South to match your delivery quantity.

On each delivery day, leave out either:

  • Pre-purchased Farm Fresh South bottles, or
  • Clean, empty bottles for us to swap with full ones.

If a bottle is damaged or broken at home, please either leave $5 with your next delivery or purchase a replacement online.

"No bottles, no milk" policy: If there aren't enough clean, empty bottles left out to match your order, we will not leave the milk and your account will still be charged.

Bottles must be rinsed thoroughly to remove all milky residue. Please do not use a dishwasher, as it wears out the bottle printing prematurely.

Milk Quality & Responsibility

We deliver all milk at below 6°C to maintain premium quality. Once delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure it is stored safely and kept cold. We are not liable for spoilage due to mishandling (e.g., milk left out, tampered with, or accessed by pets or children).

Managing Your Subscription

You can adjust your delivery schedule anytime by logging into your account and selecting "Manage Subscription". You may increase, decrease, skip, or cancel future orders as needed. Note: payment dates align with the next available delivery day in your area.

All recurring payments will continue at your chosen frequency until you pause or cancel your subscription.

Delivery Zones

We currently deliver to addresses within our standard delivery zone, as shown on our delivery map. If you're outside the zone, please contact us to discuss options. If there's enough demand in your area, we may consider expanding.

Delivery Delays

If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver on your scheduled day, we reserve the right to deliver later in the same calendar week. If we cannot deliver within that week, you’ll receive a full refund for the missed order.

Delivery Times

Times listed are estimates only. We may adjust routes and delivery windows to improve efficiency as new customers are added. We'll do our best to notify you of any major changes.

Failed Payments

If your regular payment is declined, your deliveries will be paused until payment is successfully processed.

Delivery of Accessories

Applies to items purchased via our website (excluding milk or produce deliveries).

We process accessory orders within 1 business day after receiving cleared payment. Online banking payments are confirmed on the next business day. You’ll receive an email once your order ships. Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your customer data, orders, and payment details are kept secure and never shared or sold to third parties.

We only send newsletters if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

We do not store credit card details. Payments are securely processed in real time through an independent gateway authorised by our bank, using encrypted technology.
