Pak Choi Bunch
Pak Choi is an Asian green with a crispness in both the stalk and leaf. It goes by other names such as bok choy, white mustard cabbage and Chinese mustard cabbage.
Pak Choi can be eaten raw when still small and mixes well with other leafy greens, when mature it can be steamed, stir fried or blanched. To get that lovely fresh flavour with a bit of crunch be careful not cook excessively as it needs only about 2mins unless being cooked whole where up to 8min is required.
Pak Choi is a flavoursome source of calcium that is low in calories but rich in vitamin C and folate

We pick, rinse and pack our veggies as close as possible to delivery times in order to retain the freshness to your door.
